Let's start exploring!

The watch for extraordinary deeds. The Rolex Explorer was created for this purpose in 1953, shortly after the first ascent of Mt. Everest by Sir Edmund Hillary.

The simple design with the Arabic numerals at 3, 6 and 9 should ensure maximum readability and the movement, without date or other technical refinements, provide the best reliability in all extreme conditions.

The Explorer we are offering, with the reference number 14270, dates from 1999. Although the watch case shows signs of wear on the sides, bezel, and lugs, neither the case nor the strap has ever been polished. As a result, the lugs are nice and thick and the lapidary work on the upper side is still beautifully visible.

The strap has almost no stretch and has the matching clasp code for the watch.

The heart of the Explorer is the indestructible caliber 3000 with approx. 42 hours of power reserve.

The watch was fully checked by our workshop and comes with a 1-year warranty.

We will always describe the watch as completely as possible in our sales texts. Our zoomable images are of the highest quality and form an important part of the description of each watch. Therefore, we do not retouch our images. We will never hide or cover up any element of a watch we sell.

One element of our unparalleled service is fully insured courier shipping with personal delivery. Once you receive your watch, we encourage you to inspect it thoroughly. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know. We offer a 14-day return policy. Simply return the watch for a full refund.
