No, all watches are shipped free of charge and insured within Germany. Within Europe we charge 60€ shipping costs. For shipping outside Europe please contact us.

Yes, we ship worldwide. For all shipping costs outside Europe please contact us.

All orders received before 10pm will be shipped the same day. Usually the shipping takes between 3-5 business days.

Yes, all watches are covered with appropriate insurance against damage and loss.

You have a 14-day right of return on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your watches, bands or pouches, send us a short mail or call us and we will have the goods picked up again.

We offer a one-year warranty on the mechanical function of the watch from the day of purchase. We do not guarantee the water resistance of (vintage) watches unless expressly stated in writing. Therefore, our warranty does not cover damage to the case and / or movement caused by water or moisture entering the watch. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage or improper handling of the watch and does not cover the bracelet, case parts (including pushers, winding stem, crown and bezel), watch glass, dial and hands.

We guarantee 100% authenticity of all offered watches. The watches are checked for authenticity by our experts as well as an independent watchmaker's atelier. The included AoT warranty certificate confirms the authenticity of the watch.
