Blueish Purpel Colour Dial!

Depending on the incidence of light, the color of this beautiful Datejust Ref. 16200 from 1989 changes between blue and purple - simply beautiful! The luminous dots of the original dial from the year are made of tritium luminous material stamped "T Siwss Made T". On closer inspection, you will see slight chipping of the blue paint layer on the dial under the date loupe which reveals the gold brass underneath. This individuality, formerly referred to as "damage", makes this watch unique.

The case is in good condition. Slight signs of wear and scratches are evident. There are several metal stains on the case cover that can be refurbished without issue if needed. The glass has minimal chipping between 6 and 8 o'clock, but these are only apparent upon very close inspection. As written, we will refurbish the watch upon request and for an additional charge.

The clasp is stamped "N6" which is a perfect match for the vintage of the watch. The band itself is in near perfect condition with hardly any stretching or signs of wear.

Inside beats the caliber 3135, a movement that replaced its predecessor 3035 in the early 90s and was only replaced in 2019 after almost 30 years. More reliability is not possible.

The watch has been fully serviced by our workshop and comes with 2 years warranty.
