Automotive Chrono

A characterful chronograph from the golden era of 1960s sports timing – the Heuer Reference 7721 embodies the period when mechanical chronographs were inseparably linked to motorsport. Clear contrasts, functional design, and uncompromising legibility were paramount — and this model still carries that DNA today.

The 36 mm chrome-plated case shows honest vintage wear. The chrome has worn slightly on the lugs and caseback, which is typical for watches of this era. These signs of age underline the authenticity and history of the piece without detracting from its overall appeal.

A true highlight is the dial, preserved in beautiful, virtually flawless condition. The original luminous material on the dial remains exceptionally well preserved, giving the watch a warm and harmonious vintage character. The lume on the hands was professionally renewed during a previous service.

Inside beats the reliable manual-wind Valjoux 7730, one of the most robust and service-friendly chronograph movements of its time. The movement has been fully serviced and is in excellent mechanical condition.

The watch is fitted with a newly installed Shell Cordovan GTO leather strap, perfectly complementing its classic racing spirit and underscoring Heuer’s deep-rooted motorsport heritage.

An honest, mechanically sound, and highly charismatic Heuer chronograph from the golden age of racing — ideal for collectors who appreciate vintage authenticity and true motorsport history.

The watch has been fully serviced by our workshop and comes with a 1-year guarantee.
