The Glashütte Original Senator Chronometer Ref. 58-01-01-01-04 represents German watchmaking at its finest. Combining a 42 mm 18K rose gold case, timeless design, and an exceptional in-house movement, it is one of the most technically accomplished and beautifully finished timepieces in the Glashütte Original collection.
This example dates from 2015 and was originally purchased from Wempe aboard the MS Europa. It is offered as an outstanding collector's set, including the original purchase invoice, presentation box, outer box, warranty papers, and hang tag. Please note that the artificial leather covering of the presentation box has started to deteriorate over time, a well-known issue with this style of box.
The 18K rose gold case is in excellent overall condition, showing only the slightest signs of careful wear. Completing the watch is the original 18K rose gold double-folding clasp.
Powering the watch is the Glashütte Original in-house Caliber 58-01, a beautifully finished manual-winding chronometer movement featuring a zero-reset mechanism and synchronized minute setting, allowing the watch to be set with exceptional precision. Through the sapphire crystal caseback, the movement reveals its traditional Glashütte finishing, including the three-quarter plate, hand-engraved balance bridge, swan-neck fine adjustment, and other hallmarks of German haute horlogerie.

Our Warranty
We offer a one-year guarantee on the mechanical function of the watch from the day of purchase within the EU. We do not guarantee the water resistance of (vintage) watches, unless expressly stated in writing. Therefore, our warranty does not cover damage to the case and/or movement caused by water or moisture entering the watch. Our warranty does not apply to accidental damage or improper handling of your watch and does not cover the bracelet, case parts (including pushers, winding stem, crown and bezel), watch glass, dial and hands.
