After more than 5 years of development, the watch was introduced in 1976. At that time, everyone thought quartz movements were the future. As we know, it came differently. And because things turned out so differently, only about 25,000 pieces were built across all Oyster-Quartz model variants until 2001. Therefore, you will not often come across this model and it represents an extremely good analge.
The watch is in a very good condition. The edges are sharp, show partly small scratches and traces of wear.
The patina of the original dial and orignal hands is fantastic
The strap has hardly any stretch.
Inside is the Qartz movement 5035 which oscillates with a rate deviation of ONLY about 1 minute per year. The average battery life is 3 years.
The watch has been fully serviced by our workshop and comes with a 2 year warranty.
