Smooth Bezel Buckley!

A 1983 Datejust Reference 16000 in good, worn condition with a magnificent dial. As mentioned before, the combination of a smooth steel bezel and a Jubilee bracelet is one of the most beautiful pairings—here, it’s even more stunning with a light gray Buckley dial.

The watch’s case is in good condition. Sharp edges, thick lugs, and satin-finished or polished where appropriate. There is slight corrosion between the lugs at 6 o’clock and on the upper right lug. However, this is only visible upon very close inspection and does not detract from the overall appearance.

The original tritium dial and hands are in good condition. The luminous material has aged evenly and taken on a vanilla-colored hue. The luminous dot at 9 o’clock was replaced in the past.

The highlight is certainly the light gray color of the Buckley dial, which gives the watch an incredibly unique character. The Jubilee bracelet, which matches the watch’s vintage, shows age-related stretch.

The watch has been fully serviced by our atelier and comes with a 1 year warranty.
