In 1994, IWC launched the Mark XII as a homage and successor to the legendary Mark XI military pilot's watch. Thus, the reference 3241 is the "forefather" of all since then issued civilian models of the Mark series from IWC.Our offered Mark XII is one of the first delivered from 1994. The original tritium dial is in excellent condition. The luminous material at 6, 9 and 12 o'clock has taken on a beautiful warm vanilla hue. The hands are in a matching shade.
The case is in equally excellent condition with only a few wear marks. The watch has not been refurbished but worn very little by the first owner.
Inside ticks the legendary IWC caliber 884 which was developed on the basis of the JLC caliber 889/2.
For better wearing comfort the previous owner added an original IWC folding clasp.
The watch comes with all documentation as well as the original box and outer box. The cushion of the box is no longer present. Likewise, the box is in what IWC knows is no longer excellent condition with signs of wear. The warranty card is blank.
The watch has been fully inspected by our atelier and comes with 1 year warranty.
