Rolex - Explorer "Full-Set" Ref. 224270
The watch for the extraordinary things!
When Sir Edmund Hillary was asked in the 1920s why he wanted to climb Mount Everest, he replied, "Because it's there." It was for just these extraordinary deeds that the Rolex Explorer was issued in 1953, shortly after the first ascent of Mt. Everest by that very same Sir Edmund Hillary.
The Explorer we are offering, with reference number 224270, was manufactured in 2023 and is in very good, lightly worn condition. It shows only superficial, very slight signs of wear. Minor, visible signs of wear are present only on the clasp and, to a lesser extent, on the bezel.
The watch comes with the full set!
The watch has been inspected by our workshop and is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
